The AQUA SOLUTIONS MANAGER (ASM) is responsible for generating volume and sustainable growth of
Pilmico’s aqua feed, both in the Finfish and Shrimp segment. He/She should be on top in the management,
execution and monitoring of all sales, technical and business aspect of Aqua Feeds ensuring sales leadersip
in the market. He/She is responsible for enrollment of new accounts and managing a healthy, profitable
and sustainable business for each account.
ASM is also responsible in giving technical assistance to the customers to ensure business growth,
sustainability and profitability that will redound to Pilmico’s brand value.

The Inbound Logistics SAP SME Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of Inbound Logistics functions - incoming materials deliveries, storage and materials management, handling and distribution) to achieve greater efficiency and productivity via close coordination with all the relevant stakeholders and manage the resources to meet both business and customer requirements. He/she ensures
development and implementation of operational strategies to achieve business goals, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He/she is a person of high integrity and is loyal to the company.

The QA Analyst performs work in the areas of Quality Control, Customer Technical Service and Special Assignments, all designed to ensure that product standards are complied with, technical concerns of customers are addressed and continual improvement is sustained in all operations of the Quality Assurance Department.
