Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Specialist to manage daily social media activities, support product research, and ensure affiliate compliance. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, knowledge of social media best practices, and experience in content creation. Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and respond to audience engagement.
2. Content Creation
• Write captivating captions, informative product descriptions, and occasional blog posts to enhance audience connection and product appeal.

3. Product Research Support
• Assist the Manager in researching trending products and deals to stay current with market trends.
• Conduct background checks on potential products to ensure they align with brand standards.
4. Affiliate Compliance

• Monitor content for compliance and adjust as needed to meet current standards.
5. Social Media Analytics
• Track performance metrics across all social media channels and generate reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve engagement, reach, and overall performance.

As an Automation Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at Octal Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for driving the automation testing process within our software development lifecycle.
