This role is responsible for performing routine, structured work assignments in relation to managing official project documents for internal and external stakeholders. The role is expected to maintain adequate general and technical documents and periodical subscriptions related to projects, with the use of internal document control systems or client-specific tools. The role will be reporting to the Project Controls Manager in Manila.

• Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, and supplier requirements.
• May revise system or schedule as required to ensure timely approvals and distribution.
• Ensures changes to document in a timely fashion in order to meet set deadlines.
• Responsible for coordination with other parties to make sure document edits are made and proofed.
• Tracks and keeps records of documents.
• Follows standardized procedures but may have to use discretion to complete project.
• Ensures document tracking and production system is maintained.
• Prepares and maintains a document control system for all forms of documentation.
• Makes copies of drawing for production and other company employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or related technical field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Engineering or Construction industry
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
• Experience with Technical Document Control Management software (e.g. SharePoint, BluBeam, Unifier, Documentum EDMS, Aconex EDMS, Prolog, Procore)

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Control Technician to be based in Manila, Philippines

Provides objective analysis and sound judgement with application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction & startup including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost. Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, establishing levels of control and detail, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.

Responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting cost and schedule performance for projects throughout the organization. Services include setting up and managing project controls systems (including setup of work breakdown structure), capturing to-date progress and expenditure data, analyzing to-date performance data, forecasting at-completion performance data (EAC costs, hours), analyzing project risks (contingency management), managing change and incorporating scope variations into schedule and cost deliverables, and preparing associated reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.
