Scope of Role

Join our global Managed Services team to ensure ITRS products remain operational, up-to-date, and optimized for our clients in the financial services sector. As a Managed Services Consultant, you will:

• Resolve client Incidents by investigating and resolving issues with ITRS products in our client environment.

As a Domain Consultant you will be the expert for our Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives. 

You evangelize our industry leading solutions in Security Intelligence and Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR and Incident Response that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer’s cybersecurity partner of choice.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your assigned specialization area
• Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadership

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

STAFF ASSISTANT

• Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Division Manager in her day-to-day activities and to the division in general on the daily administrative and operational requirements. Also, responsible for controlling documents related to the division’s QMS. Schedules and monitors the utilization of the division-assigned vehicle. Monitors and/or processes division staff documents and requests (like requests for payment, leave applications, purchase orders and requisitions, airline tickets and bookings, etc.) within the division or with the other divisions. Handles divisional account receivables, which includes sending the statement of account/invoice to client companies, following up clients, scheduling collections, and coordinating collection with appropriate collectors/messengers. Requests for and maintains the division’s office supplies.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

• Responsible for over-all coordination of the certification process of client companies in support to the division in the area of documents, materials, package and invoice preparation and file/database maintenance. Identify and plan all activities - audits, and any other activities, that are due for scheduling across all sectors of the division.

·       Lead and execute high quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure client expectations are exceeded 

·       Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements to implement Visa products and services to support the business and formulate implementation solutions 

·       Confidently manage client in parallel to product developments and a changing landscape 

·       Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders

The role requires creativity in designing and implementing projects aimed at enhancing people's experiences within our organization.  

The role requires a keen insight into People Experience data, best practices, and calls for strong project management skills, deep collaboration and partnership with business leadership across Client Care.
