Job Brief:

The role is responsible for delivering a strong candidate flow to meet company requisitions, supporting the development of recruitment plans and strategies, and performing talent acquisition activities in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. The role will primarily focus on positions within the ANZ regions.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform talent acquisition activities for the assigned region, including managing simple to complex requisitions, while maintaining a consistent and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
• Leverage talent acquisition expertise to maintain the TA lifecycle and develop a strong and healthy candidate pipeline.
• Perform data gathering activities and develop relevant market scans and talent maps for recruitment strategy planning.
• Provide key updates to operations stakeholders on requisition status, timelines, and projects/hiring plans as needed. Leverage stakeholder feedback and other resources to improve processes, enhance the client experience, and increase productivity.
• Participate in recruitment meetings with recruitment partners to identify requisition requirements, and support in creating sourcing strategies in alignment with company standards and practices.
• Maintain recruitment data and perform data management activities to ensure the accuracy of information in the company’s applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters), supporting reporting needs.
• Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to understand and provide technical solutions that meet user’s needs
• Analyze and document business process and system workflows from gathered requirements such that they can be interpreted and executed by developers and quality assurance team members
• Lead and participate in requirement gathering, prototyping, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and user training
• Provide front-line support by owning client communication, tracking support issues, and ensuring that service level agreements are met
• Evaluate systems to ensure that they are addressing business requirements and needs, making recommendations to leadership when needed
• Conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment
• Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
• Assist in establishing processes, user experiences, and data-based perspectives while documenting requirements

Must-have Skills/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Information Technology and business process management
• Prior software development experience required, preferably in one or more programming languages.
• Proficient level of SQL skills
• 2+ years’ experience with CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics Sales is an asset) with strong knowledge of administration, customization, automation, and reporting.
• Advanced level Microsoft Suite skills
• Proven ability to utilize the SDLC methodology to deliver technical solutions.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to differentiate to various audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of the US based system testing team, you work in a Manila based software development team that is focused on rapidly iterating over and enhancing our automated system test framework.
• Collaborate with US and UK engineering teams as they enhance their APIs and product offerings.
• Build automated end to end system tests to validate complex micro service integrations and document results.
• Create and operate a testing and monitoring framework for EOD and US overnight business processes, including tests that identify failures in job orchestration and data transformation across platforms.
• Design and implement testing strategies to validate data consistency and data availability between operational data stores, data lake, and client data hubs.
• Implement data hygiene protocols for tests, including seeding and purging of test data.
