The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT support and service desk operations for our local office and ensuring our team is providing an efficient and effective service to our internal users.

As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator at Boldr, you will play an instrumental role in enhancing our Talent Acquisition process. In this position, you will assist in streamlining recruitment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring activities. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with recruiters and HR, contributing to the creation of a positive experience for candidates, and handling various administrative tasks. WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Post job openings on various job boards and company career websites.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Generate offer letters and manage offer acceptance documentation.
• Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance.
• Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure that new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and training schedules are prepared in advance.
