The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. Responsibilities

About the role

Seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and reliable Risk Lead who will support an operating site to embed and maintain the OGC Risk Framework. The role will have deep knowledge of Risk Process and key tools and will guide the Risk Owners and Control Owners through the process. The role will report to the Manager - Business Improvement and Optimization.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide input on risk management processes and tools developed for the organization, in particular providing input on how the tools can best support the site;
• Provide guidance and oversight of the risk management process, including facilitating bowtie assessments, risk owner self-assessments, and control owner self-assessments;
• Coordinate site-wide risk management activities including facilitation of the annual risk profile review;
• Regularly meets with staff to facilitate discussion on improvement opportunities and create plans for improvement or innovation;
• Facilitate the rhythm of continuous improvement by being the risk management conscience for the site;
• Share good ideas, successes, and issues with other Risk Leads and senior leaders, help facilitate the flow of information between assets;
• Have two-way communications to provide guidance and support to site teams and provide feedback to the OGC Corporate Risk team;
• Analyzes complex problems by breaking them down into manageable components, identifying cause-and-effect relationships and patterns;
• Evaluate information and data objectively, considering different perspectives and potential biases to arrive at well-informed conclusions; and
• Synthesizes information from various sources to generate innovative and practical solutions to challenging problems or decision-making scenarios.

About the team

Participate in the sales lead process to generate new business opportunities in support of FIS sales goals and objectives.

What you will be doing

• Pre-qualifies sales leads received through various channels (telephone, website, tradeshows, company events, etc. in conjunction with lead generation best practices including, but not limited to pre-qualification rating system, pre-call prep and call guide development.

• Generates sales leads through outbound calling in conjunction with lead generation programs.

• Maintains sales lead documentation.

• Nurtures long-term opportunities to continue FIS communication in early stages prior to the sales cycle.

• Supports all strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns through comprehensive data collection.

• Tracks and evaluates campaign effectiveness and reports findings to manager.

• Supports enterprise lead generation activities, in addition to tracking and reporting on all lead generation marketing programs to drive revenue opportunities into the sales pipeline.

• Demonstrates product knowledge and executes lead generation activities for one or more business lines/units.

• Ensures timely lead follow-up by assigned sales executive and conversion of pre-qualified leads to further stages within the sales process.

• Prepares lead generation reports and presents results to end constituents guiding them via interactive interpretation on the results, cause, and potential next-step actions.

• Identifies areas of opportunity, prepares business presentations, and executes with assigned business lines/units.

• Gathers and updates competitive data and contact information to support future sales and marketing activities.
