We are looking for an individual to join us as a Senior Consulting Program Manager in the VCA team based in the Philippines. This individual will act as the overall program lead to deliver end-to-end consulting engagements for our key issuing, acquiring, merchant & fintech clients. Typically, the individual will closely interact & work with the client team gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.

The program will include initiatives that cover payment strategy review and roadmap design, portfolio and product-market fit assessment, customer value proposition design/refresh, people/talent enablement, digital payments wallet assessment and launch, mobile banking app diagnostics and enhancement, and other growth initiatives. It will also cover improving customer engagement on client portfolios powered by Visa’s data, collaborating closely with the data science teams on building data-driven solutions (e.g. AI model deployment).

The Senior Consulting Program Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients’ business pain-points and areas for strategy and process improvement, thereby defining project scope deliverables and revenue opportunity to sell-in client engagement projects and building new practice solutions.

• Identify opportunities and potential for improvement to help Visa clients in growing their business
• Develop and propose appropriate strategies and business solutions to the clients and manage the delivery of high-quality consulting engagements
• Manage internal and external project team members, able to gain consensus with the team of consultants and subject matter experts to address the clients’ goal
• Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and product teams as well as the Visa Innovation and Data Sciences team

The Solutions Delivery Manager is a technology professional that helps the organization's agility to achieve customer's delight by delivering high quality solutions through adoption of Agile principles and practices. He/She should be able to assess the agile maturity of the organization and coach them to achieve higher levels of maturity at sustainable phase. The Solutions Delivery Manager should provide theleadership and interventions required to allow the delivery squads to focus on what needs to be accomplished.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Program Management

• Overall delivery management of each project under his portfolio ensuring on time, on budget projects that meets coding standards and best practices for each platform

• Builds and manage project assets repo (project site, docs repo, trackers, etc.)

• Data analysis and recommendation to continuously improve delivery performance

• Risk management and issue resolution and mitigation

• Problem management (RCA and resolution)

• Process definition to promote quality, security and efficiency on all projects

• SLA definition (response and resolve)

• Project tools management

• Clear blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver

• Post mortem and SWOT discussion every after each project

• Provide direct supervision and mentoring to project team members

Agile Practice Expert

• Leads automation efforts as well as part of the DevSecOps and Test Engineering practices.

• Works with different practices / domain leads to ensure best value is delivered to our customers both internally and externally.

• Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption;

• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical productdevelopment.

• Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team; and,

• Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application ofScrum in the organization.

• Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/College degree in engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 3 years solid experience implementing Agile SCRUM.

• At least 1-year experience as a SCRUM Master of SCRUM of SCRUMs.

• At least 2 years' experience leading a cross functional team.

• At least 1-year experience on development.

• At least 1-year experience on software testing or business analysis.

• At least 1-year experience working on a DevOps environment

• Experience in SAFE environment is an advantage

• Proven problem solving-skills and ability to successfully adapt to changes based on business requirements.

• Must be conversant with systems development life cycle principles

• Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to explain complex technical topics in a manner that can be easily understood

• Possess the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to seek and synthesize information and communicate in a compelling and succinct form

• Must demonstrate attention to detail in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently, produce quality work and execute and implement projects and deliverables in tight time constraints
