As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day support and supervision to your assigned team. You will oversee and manage the distribution of work and will report the team’s performance, progress of services and possible issues or risks. Your role includes, but not limited to the following:

• Motivate staff to meet and/or exceed productivity target without affecting the high quality of delivery.
• Manage performance of all staff through weekly coaching and monthly performance review.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
• Define strategies and focus on activities that will help the sales team achieve better sales results.
• Provide timely constructive feedback to all staff regarding their performance; acknowledge strengths and identify areas of opportunities.
• Manage attrition by ensuring proper and constant guidance and development of every staff in the team.
• Maintain team’s growth and progress by consistently monitoring performance, reinforcing quality, acknowledging strengths and addressing areas of opportunities.
• Ensure individual and team's adherence to the policies and procedures of the program and of the company; sanctions are applied for non-adherence.
• Perform 50% TL tasks and 50% agent tasks. Agent tasks includes:
  • Contact leads that requested a call back.
  • Explain the NOKK proposition.
  • Capture required details from Buyer/Renter.
  • Lodge a search request through the NOKK system using the captured details.
  • Create a qualified home loan lead – ensure the buyer is serious.
  • Create a qualified home mover lead -= ensure the renter is serious about moving soon.
  • Action leads promptly.
  • Maintain a detailed outcome in MS Excel format.
• You will still perform duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time-to-time, aside from the tasks specified in the foregoing.

General Job Summary

The Sales Coach is an individual contributor role and acting as the “Quality Assurance and Sales Coach” for the High Velocity Sales Team. This individual is responsible for contributing to sales growth of the region and sustainability of the High Velocity Sales Team in Manila. This individual is the champion in the field and responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of the High Velocity Sales Team. This is accomplished by, but not limited to:

• End-to-End Call Monitoring
  • Conducting end-to-end call monitoring and feedback, reinforcing positive sales agent behaviors that will drive better and improved results.
  • Assess how call conversation/meetings are handled and identify the areas that need improvement.
• Coaching and Training
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for our sales team.

The Successful Candidate
 

• Proven experience and excellent track record as a Sales Coach and Sales Lead
• Proven experience in effectively coaching internal/virtual teams
• Thorough understanding of a high velocity sales process, enterprise sales cycle, sales techniques, sales strategies, and best practices
• Excellent sales, negotiation skills, and objection handling skills
• Knowledge or previous experience in the software industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to credibly present recommendations at senior levels in the organization
• Must be motivated, goal oriented with the proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain a high level of collaboration across geographically diverse teams
• Possesses a high degree of honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality

The Sales position is responsible for revenue generation from new and existing customers within event portfolio in Informa Markets Philippines. This role will manage Sales to different tier customers depending on the market and brand context.  This team is critical to the business, as the key to our success is retention, growth and cultivating new business.

The Sales role will involve a combination of internal and external sales activity, meeting customers face to face and attending competitor events. He/ She will sell to valued existing customers, generate new business, and performance will be evaluated based on achieving revenue and new business targets.

The Sales will be expected to develop their awareness of the brand industry, building greater insight over time. Maintaining and strengthening the relationship throughout the year is an important focus, to develop an understanding of the customers’ needs and expectations from their attendance at the event. He/ She will understand the customers’ needs and articulate a compelling value proposition as part of the sale. They will have a significant role in supporting re-booking of customers at an Event, while also providing support as a guest re-booker for other brands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed revenue target for assigned accounts through sales (digital, booth, sponsorship/ advertisement, and fully integrated packages)
• Sell to existing/ lapsed customer accounts with engaging conversations and compelling proposals while guiding them through buying process
• Prospect and close new business opportunities inside and outside of existing client base through cold calling and follow-up calling
• Leverage understanding of customer buying trends to help develop Sales plans and approaches
• Execute on assigned Sales campaigns, against accounts, products, and revenue targets, in line with sales plan
• Support the on-site re-booking of existing customer accounts, in line with at event account allocation and sales targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline, sales activity, and customer information within Salesforce (CRM system)
• Distribute customer insight and marketing information to marketing team
• Manage the handing over of sale information and customer requirements (via Salesforce) to the event Operations and Brand teams
