Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: 

·       Analyzes complex customer problems/situations to determine the resolution that is in the spirit of our customer driven partnership.  Accountable for resolution to inquiries and has the authority to make decisions in alignment with business strategies and goals.  Transfers inquiries to resident experts or outside of the LBST or the Ordering Team correctly and with appropriate information.  Ensures all cases are closed in a reasonable period of time. 

·       Tracks errors in SAP and develops processes to prevent recurring issues. 

·       Manages customer relationships in pursuit of "value-added" account management.  

·       Responsible for customer intimacy in transactional and service requirements. Maintains working knowledge of customer profiles and key contacts.  

·       Proactively contacts customers for input and service feedback. Responsible for large account load assignment while teaming within workgroup to assist on other accounts as well.  

·       Partners with other LBST support teams in support of total customer experience. 

·       Performs customer administration requirements in support of sales process.  

·       Continuously seeks ways to streamline administrative requirements of our customers and our sales reps in support of customers, driving technology solutions where appropriate (CRM, knowledge mgmt, and web interfaces), including customer web applications.   Pursues continuous education in IT systems and processes. Advocate for online systems and partnership with Business Point functionality in support of customer needs. 

Required Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course 

·       Minimum of 2 years work experience 

·       Good in oral and written communication 

·       With analytical and problem-solving skills 

·       Can work with minimum supervision 

·       Willing to work on night shift and holidays 

Preferred Qualifications: 

·       Knowledgeable in SAP and salesforce 

·       Experience in phone support function 

Relocation Options: 

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including arranging candidate interviews, and communication with interview members.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their status and gathering necessary information.
• Conduct initial resume and application reviews to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications.
• Collation and follow-up of pre-employment requirements records of successful candidates in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
• Sends out the onboarding schedule of upcoming hires.
• Help coordinate and participate in recruitment initiatives and other Talent Acquisition engagements.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Point of Contact of new hires on Day 1.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience of at least 1 year in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within recruitment.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Very good written and verbal English skills.
• Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.

About the Role

• Monitor, detect, assess, validate and report outliers found in the Market Conduct Monitoring Tool (MCMT) and Early Warning Signs (EWS) tool.
• Conduct a regular review on agency incentives and campaigns to identify issues and recommend improvements and/or implement mitigating controls.
• Spearhead the working group for the mystery shopping engagement.  Ensure completion of remediation action plans.
• Evaluate policy replacement transactions.

About the Role

• Develop and implement interventions to address gaps in the BQ Framework and correct negative sales practices.
• Design and execute long term action plans to promote quality and compliance culture in the agency.  Conduct quality health check in the agencies.
• Develop detailed work procedures/manuals, tools, training and communication plans that support BQ framework and MCG.
• Provide training and coaching to the agency on all matters relating to sales quality.  Conduct agency site visits to ensure sales quality practices are being implemented.  Obtain feedback to improve BQ framework implementation.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducts 15-Day Basic Training Program (BTP) each month for new Bancassurance Sales Executives (BSE). – 40 hrs
• Conduct Product briefing to bank personnel (average of 4 sessions per week) – 16 hrs
• Facilitate RP Workshops to BPI Branches ( average of 4 session per week) – 16 hrs
• Conduct of advanced training programs to enhance sales productivity (Area Meetings; Boot Camps, Sales Clinics; etc.) – 16 hrs
• Designs advanced modules and tools for In-Branch sales; BPI and Head office employees – 20 hrs
• Develop and enhance basic and advanced training manuals and tools. -20 hrs
• Attend to queries from BSEs; BAMs; BDMs – 10 hrs
• Monitors performance of BTP Batches handled (BTP Recall) -10 hrs Implements training security guidelines. – 20 hrs
• Accomplish reports such as but not limited to the ff: Training Summary; Participant Feedback; Shadowing Report; training needs analysis. – 8 hrs
• Act as LOMA EdRep in administering and facilitating LOMA Exam for BPLAC employees – 24 hrs
• Conduct of Financial Wellness activities to BPI clients – 8 hrs
• Monitors expenses and materials during trainings – 8 hrs
• Prepares cash advance for training programs and liquidates within the specified turn around time of the company. – 8 hrs
• Accomplish adhoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time by immediate manager. – 24 hrs

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Management; and or Human Resources Management; Psychology
• At least 2 years work experience in similar industry, knowledge in sales training; facilitation and workplace assessment
• Knowledge in Finance, Banking and Insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer savvy
