Position: Sales Representative
Working Hours: 8 hours a day, (8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour lunch break), M-F, EST (Florida time) | 9 pm to 6 am PH Time
Salary Range: 900-1500 USD

We are currently seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll engage potential and existing customers through effective cold calling, using scripted information about our products and services. Your focus will be on answering inquiries, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. Collaborating closely with the field sales team, you'll direct prospects seamlessly and ensure accurate customer information in our database. Handling grievances with professionalism, exceeding sales quotas, and maintaining meticulous records will be crucial to your success in this dynamic position. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Cold calling
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales.
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
