Turnitin is seeking a disciplined and self driven Sales Development Representative to generate and prospect sales opportunities. Your job will be to develop qualified leads into potential prospects. You will understand the Turnitin Integrity and Assessment product portfolio to assess the potential customers needs and position the right product that solves to their needs. You will progress the relationship until they are ready to talk to a sales account executive. This two step process makes this role a key partner to the account executives so that they can focus on closing deals, while you focus on finding new leads, getting past gatekeepers, and other prospecting tasks.

Part of your job will be to research ideal contact lists based on the Higher Education Ideal Customer Profile. Most of your time will be spent reaching out to potential customers through the early stages of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities: 

• Represent the Turnitin product portfolio, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to research potential higher education institutional customers to identify how our solutions could meet their needs.

• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities.

Turnitin is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead, mentor, and drive a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will oversee a regional APAC team responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by developing and managing prospecting efforts. You will ensure the team effectively understands the Turnitin Integrity and Assessment product portfolios and how to assess potential customer needs to position the right solutions.

As the Sales Development Manager, your key focus will be guiding your team through the process of lead generation and qualification. You will empower SDRs to partner closely with Account Executives by ensuring they are sourcing quality leads, getting past gatekeepers, and progressing relationships until prospects are ready to engage with sales.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Team Leadership: Lead & Mentor: Oversee the day-to-day performance of a team of SDRs, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet their prospecting and lead-generation goals.

• Performance Management & Coaching: Monitor and evaluate team members' performance through regular 1:1s, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Strategy Execution: Develop and implement prospecting strategies to ensure alignment with the Turnitin sales and marketing teams, focusing on Higher Education and Secondary Education Ideal Customer Profiles.

• Performance Tracking: Regularly track, report, and analyze team performance against KPIs, including lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.

1. Maintains existing sales accounts, develop new ones and assists other related department/s in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.

6. Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery & ensuring Account Receivables & Overdues are not beyond allowable credit terms/limit.

7. Monitors collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.

8. Responsible to monitor Sika products handled by respective wodistributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products.  

9. Adheres to the SPI established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.

10. Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
