In the first 6 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered: 

● Be an expert on the hipages platform and use this knowledge to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue 

● Be an expert in the CRM System and use it to maximise sales results 

● Be an expert in the Sales Policy and consistently follow the outlined guidelines

● Be an expert on the hipages customer journey for tradies after they sign up and be able to articulate this to tradies when needed 

● Be an expert on what Licenses are required in each state 

● Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s

This role is primarily responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination related to employee data management in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

 

• Perform intermediate to advanced tasks related to employee data management
• Ensure accuracy of all data processes and entered in HR systems
• Gather information and documentation from relevant stakeholders to assist in investigating and in resolving issues
• Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution
• Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
• May assist with preparing reports as required

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools  
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related role or other similar functions is preferred
• Experience using Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools is preferred

• Transmit invoices prepared by Thales PH to BPS customers
• Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for the team and ensure that everyone is kept current of necessary information and updates
• Attend to visa, travel, accommodation and transportation needs of BPS Sales teams
• May handle customer’s email and phone inquiries and request
• May provide assistance in understanding the customer needs or requirements and route the said concern to the appropriate sales account manager or lead.
• Perform other related duties that may be required from time to time

Job Requirements

• Preferably graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Office Administration or equivalent related course
• With at least five years of relevant experience
• Acceptable communication, presentation and customer service skills

• Diligent and can handle sensitive and confidential information
• Detailed-oriented, self-driven, pro-active and can work with minimum supervision
