As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of emails, engagement and automation programs, event promotions, and nurturing activities. You will work closely with Central Marketing, Regional Marketing and Event teams, supporting best practices in email and email-related asset development. Turnitin is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a partner with the larger commercial Revenue Operations team along with the GTM sales team to help enhance the efficiency and productivity of the sales team, to help facilitate our rapid team expansion and customer growth across the organization. 

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will support direct and indirect sales teams across the organization in analyzing system data to establish and implement process alignment and improvements to align sales strategy. The role will be critical in evaluating the general health of the sales process in order to help Turnitin run effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with the broader Commercial  Operations team, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure the best experience and most efficient processes to drive the sales process.

Our ideal candidate is a professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, collaboration and communication skills along with experience of working closely with customer facing sales teams. The person must have very strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail. They must also be flexible and willing to dive into every challenge. Key Responsibilities and Outputs

• Based on data analysis, establishes and drives process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness at every level of the sales process, ensuring process compliance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Content Specialist to maintain content on our websites and support global stakeholders in the development of their sites. 

As part of a Digital Marketing team - acting as an internal agency - the web development team that supports Global Marketing and the organization (i.e. internal clients) serving the globe. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in supporting all of the Turnitin organization’s portfolio of products in achieving revenue targets by providing a first-class digital marketing service that meets and exceeds the expectations of colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities: 

Web Content Support

• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload, format, organize and publish web content.
• Regularly update and maintain the content on the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support content authors with content entry questions or issues.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
• Stay informed about SEO trends and implement strategies to enhance website ranking and performance.

Analyze & Experiment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Monitor website analytics to track the performance of content and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web content.

Collaboration and Communication
