Position/Scope:

• To prepare customs entry by entering commercial invoice data for Customs brokerage in compliance with the national regulatory provisions and in adherence to the company's policies and procedures.
•  To perform tasks as requested, including, but not exclusive to, assisting in general Brokerage operations.
• Responsible for all aspects of the job to the Brokerage Supervisor.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data & value for import and export products for customs clearance.
• Accurately update systems databases with appropriate information.
• Ensure shipments data entered within specified timeframes in line with approved Key Performance Indicators.
• Liaise professionally and cordially with customers both internal and external.
• Respond to all queries in a timely manner as defined by standard operational procedure.
• Complete designated training within specified timeframes.

JD Meats QA Specialist

1. Implements and maintains all food safety related strategies, policies and procedures
2. Maintains open communication with all related departments to address the identification of food safety hazards and process improvement opportunities.
3. Implements HACCP Plan and pre-requisite programs.
4. Performs HACCP monitoring to include but not limited to – concentration of chlorinated water solution monitoring, temperature monitoring, environmental monitoring and metal detection, and the sanitation program.
5. Implements the document management system in collecting, maintaining and updating of  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies and templates for all Food Safety related records.
6. Responsible for investigating customer complaints related to quality, monitoring of complaint resolution per process owner and instigates the RQI process.
7. Conducts traceability for product complaints and/or recall process to ensure timely communication, execution and completion of related documentation within the set standards for Customer Complaints and Product Recall.
8. Performs microbiological and physical-chemical tests of raw materials, finished products and environmental tests of all food safety related equipment and facilities through rapid tests and conventional methods to determine product quality and perform the necessary controls when there is non-conformance/s.
9. Escalates any deviation from the quality and operational processes set by the organization/plant/site
10. Ensures that Good Laboratory Practices and the Quality Assurance Systems in the Meat Laboratory are strictly implemented and are in place at all times.
11. Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the meat product hold and release programs by ensuring product is not released without prior approval and documentation.
12. Conducts GMP of production and personnel including truck and truck personnel.
13. Monitor and check pre-dispatch and dispatch items for delivery.
14. Assist in customers and NMIS audits, customer complaint resolutions and takes appropriate action promptly.
15. Promotes good customer relations with all TMM Stakeholders and Partners.
16. Works with the Operations team to ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulatory requirements (5S/GMP, HACCP, and ISO).
17. Monitors and observes key associates' compliance on the food safety and quality assurance activities.
18. Leads the QA team during their assigned shift and section by addressing issues (quality and process), as well as is able to make immediate decisions / actions to address these.
19. Performs SAP-related tasks (goods inspection and goods receiving) under the QA module.

Role and Responsibilities

                                                                                                         

Job purpose:

The Compliance and Safety Officer is responsible for the management of Compliance Management Systems and provide health, safety and environment program by working with internal and external stakeholders to establish, implement, review and promote quality, compliance, continuous improvement systems and safety.

The Compliance and Safety Officer is also responsible for managing and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance with relevant industry requirements.

• Establish, enhance, and maintain working relationships with Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines section officers and staff,

• Provide timely and detailed reporting of license/certificate processing task as assigned.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, and provide accurate, timely and appropriate advice concerning certification and licensing.

• Provides the necessary control of QMS/SMS documents following the procedure for Control of Documents by:

• Ensuring that documents are reviewed and approved prior to upload to relevant sharing platforms (e.g. shared folder, Centrik, TCOM)

• Retrieves issued documents once they were reviewed/approved as obsolete

• Endorses/rolls-out the release of an approved document to relevant recipients whether in soft copy or hard copy (as applicable)

• Conducts the necessary training to document authors pertaining to document preparation.

• Provides the necessary control of QMS/SMS records following the control of records procedure by:

• Coordinating with relevant Records Custodian the handover/retrieval of Quality /SMS records except those which are managed by each department or those defined as confidential/private.

• Ensures the timely disposal of hardcopies based on the defined retention period.

• Manages the condition of the Records storage room to ensure that records are free from damage or deterioration.

• Will act as Safety Officer.

• Will act as Internal auditor when assigned on relevant audits to the Fiscal Years Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan

• Assist the Quality/Safety Manager on relevant audits from customers, subsidiaries, regulators.

• Takes over urgent tasks in the absence or unavailability of the Safety/Quality Manager

• Reviews and recommends resources needed for the department to the Quality/Safety Manager.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience as a Quality professional.

• Engineering degree and equivalent.

• Must be a hands-on leader willing to take responsibility.

• Must have a proven track record of successful ISO certifications.

• Must be able to fluently speak, write, and read the English language

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be proficient in communications at all levels, both inside and outside of the company.
