ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Accounting Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and the onshore team. You will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and excellence within the firm. You will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of both the firm and the small businesses it serves. By ensuring accurate financial records and efficient transaction processing, you will be directly contributing to the financial health and success of the firm.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform daily bookeeping tasks, including keeping accurate recording financial transactions 
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in cashflow statements. 
• Assist in the management and reconciliation of financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. 
• Process payroll for a portfolio of small business clients, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and superannuation contributions.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The role of the Support Coordinator Administrator is to serve as a versatile support figure within the organization. This involves utilizing the CRM for various tasks and ensuring the accuracy of the data. WHAT IS YOUR ROLE:

As a Customer Support Engineer Lead, you will ensure our Customers are happy and successful by providing and leading a best-in-class support experience. You will be the leader of a Level 2 Customer Support Engineering team, responsible for resolving escalated customer inquiries and incidents for the SaaS platform. Your role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
