Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Outreach.io to identify and reach out to potential investment prospects.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to understand prospect needs and qualify them as potential investment candidates.
• Collaborate closely with our investment team to coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and investment managers.
• Report regularly to the General Partner on lead generation activities, progress against targets, and market feedback.

• 1-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets and achieving sales quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience specifically as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within the B2B SaaS industry, demonstrating success in identifying and qualifying leads.
• Ability to creatively solve problems, with strong analytical skills to assess potential investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively support the Turnitin product line via primarily email, (sometimes phone & live chat), ensuring problem resolution, system access, and optimal system performance.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Product Management on all product issues & releases.
• Develop positive customer and cultural relations.
• Assist in the translation, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation associated with the product line.
• Support other strategic initiatives as needed.
