ABOUT THE ROLE
As a B2B Social Media Manager with over 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for our business-to-business (B2B) clients. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our clients' social media profiles and campaigns across various platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Social Media Strategy and Content Management (50%)
- Develop and implement B2B social media strategies in collaboration with clients.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client objectives.
- Optimize and manage social media profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Campaign Execution, Analytics, and Community Engagement (35%)
- Plan and execute B2B social media campaigns, incorporating paid promotions, contests, and partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using social media analytics tools, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Foster meaningful engagement within the B2B community, responding to comments, interacting with influencers, and building connections.
Collaboration and Reporting (15%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Generate regular reports for clients, highlighting the impact of social media efforts against predefined KPIs.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in B2B social media management.
Technical and Soft Skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
- Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
