Job Description

• Assist in creating and updating information security policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Research and assist in reviewing of compliance against cybersecurity regulatory requirements

• Assist in conducting reviews on processes and procedures to identify compliance against industry frameworks

• Participate in audit programs including creation, execution of test plans to determine effectiveness of controls

• Participate in conduct of privacy and security risk assessments

• Assist in effective management of Vendor risks

• Support activities to maintain or obtain industry certifications (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS etc.)

Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Must be XERO certified
• Competent with Excel and Google Worksheets
• Knowledgeable in Bank Reconciliation
• Knowledgeable in Credit Card Reconciliation

Nice to Have:

• Other accounting/bookkeeping softwares
• MS Office
• Experience in AU Bookkeeping/ Accounting
• Invoicing

What will you do?

• Work closely with Operations, Sales and Customer Service Teams
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• Weekly Payroll for a small team
• Accounts Payable Management
• Accounts Receivable Management (not debt collections)
• Weekly Invoicing
• Weekly Commission Calculations
• Month End Procedures including accruals
• No Direct customer communication required
