This position will be, within the Analytics & Insights team, responsible for delighting clients around Asia through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.  

Responsibilities

• Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer-Packaged Goods clients around Asia 
• Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership 
• Developing deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ RMS and Panel solutions and delivering value for clients 
• Working closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience 
• Consulting clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials 
• Developing and delivering business solutions for client performance tracking 

Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with FMCG clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to develop in depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth. You will be part of a team of client service individuals who specialize in FMCG/Retail at NielsenIQ. 

Your job duties will include 

1. Accounts Payable and Purchasing 

• Create Vendors. 

• Enter Vendor and Contractor Bills. 

• Enter Vendor Payments and send remittance notices. 

• Respond to vendor and contractor inquiries. 

• Review and approve submitted expense reports. 

• Send contractor engagement letters for signature. 

• Create Purchase Orders. 

1. Project Accounting and Customer Invoicing 

• Monitor timesheets and send time sheet entry reminders. 

• Track utilization of team members. 

• Create draft customer invoices/ Review invoices for approval. 

• Send customer statements. 

1. Bank and Credit Card 

• Reconcile Bank Accounts. 

1. Financial Reporting and Compliance 

• Prepare financial reports at month-end and analysis for variances. 

• Working with appointed external auditor for completion of an audit 

• Distribute reports to management. 

• Track filing deadlines (including GST) with various government bodies for compliance and manage the filings. 

• Work with the Tax accountant to provide financial information and review and reconcile prepared tax return with financials. 

• Track insurance renewals and ensure appropriate renewal as well as get competing bids.

The AQUA SOLUTIONS MANAGER (ASM) is responsible for generating volume and sustainable growth of
Pilmico’s aqua feed, both in the Finfish and Shrimp segment. He/She should be on top in the management,

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of cost segregation studies, tax depreciation methods, and IRS regulations. Job Description

In this Communications Manager role, your responsibilities would be focused on internal communications for the Legal Compliance Risk and Assurance area (LCRA) as well as administrative support tasks for the General Counsel. You will be working closely with the Head of Internal Communications and supporting with internal communications matters for the LCRA business area – such as town halls, newsletters, blogs - with the aim to translate LCRA updates into engaging messages for our global colleague audience and cascading company-wide messages for LCRA colleagues. The role also supports the General Counsel with the preparation of messaging and content for key meetings, in addition to the logistics and tracking of actions. As part of your work, you will also accompany internal projects of the LCRA team, perform administrative project activities and prepare the presentation of project results.

You would be part of the LCRA team based in Manila and aligned with the Internal Communications team led from Zurich.
