GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees a team of Customer Service Representatives who handle customer service inquiries and problems.
• Monitors operations to ensure adherence to service level standards and company/department policies and procedures.
• Acts as an escalation point for resolving customer issues.
• Evaluates the quality of representatives’ calls and provides feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provides input for performance appraisals.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to less experienced call center personnel.
• Takes calls in the queue as needed.
• Ensures new representatives are set up with appropriate software and systems.
• Recommends streamlining opportunities and process improvements.
• May communicate with clients, vendors and other departments to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• May be responsible for training Customer Service Representatives.
• May serve as a backup to the supervisor in their absence.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of the company’s products, services and business operations to enable resolution of customer inquiries

Typically requires four or more years of experience in a call center or customer service-related job in a service industry with at least one year in a senior level job. One or more years financial services experience is preferable.

• Confirms data transfer requirements by reviewing ticket/project objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, client or vendors

• Arranges data transfer requirements in analyzing requirements; preparing a process and completing documentation adhering to standards

What You Will Bring:

• Must have skills/tools/experience  - File/data transmission of any tool and Server Administration

• Nice to have skills/tools/experience – MoveIt automation and transfer administration experience. Understanding of ITIL discipline is a plus.

• Must be willing to work mostly on night shifts (10:00pm to 7:00am with weekday off. Friday / Saturday or Sunday / Monday off)

• Must be willing to work on hybrid setup (Twice a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Building, Magallanes, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Station, EDSA)

• College undergraduates and Non-Bachelor's Degree holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply

• Problem Solving and programming skills are beneficial, VB scripting.

• Attention to Detail, Design and following standards to facilitate large system operation.

• Experience application production support and Monitoring tools

• Experience with high volume batch transmission systems is beneficial.

• Good knowledge in Server to Server connectivity

• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
