About the Role

This is a remote position which opens to candidates based in Philippines, covering the late hours for the Australian Customer Service Team.The role is responsible for the shift starts 5am-1pm (Australia Timezone ) = 3am-11am (Philippines timezone, until 7th April then 2am to 10am)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role

The incumbent is mainly responsible for providing technical solutions like file recovery, to address the day-to-day issues covering Infrastructure and Application Maintenance services.
