• Provide MEP cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account.

The developer is responsible for design, construction and unit testing of ServiceNow Forms. The candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts and SMES to perform detailed requirement analysis. The candidate will provide production implementation and post-production support for ServiceNow Forms and other User Experience aspects of ServiceNow.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow Forms.
• Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation
• Gather requirements, analyze the impact of new requirements, and configure the new requirements on the ServiceNow platform as per ITIL best practices.
• Develop technical design documents.
• Create well-structured test plans and coordinate testing activities, identify, document, and track software defects. Perform and facilitate regression testing of resolved defects.
• Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders and make sure they understand the effects of the design decisions on the areas of ServiceNow Platform.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Manage and actively contribute to development efforts pertaining to modules of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules or major releases.
• Participate in the configuration and customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.

Reporting Line

• • This position reports to the Minerals Director and oversees directly the Trade Services Operations Executive/s.

Primary Responsibilities    

• • Controls and organizes the technical operations of the Trade Services; ensuring compliance against SGS policies and procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17020, Operational Integrity, and Minerals Business technical requirements and other company policies. In-charge in assisting the Minerals Director in growing the Minerals business. 

Specific Responsibilities   

• Oversees all the trade-related services and operations of the Minerals business in accordance with the company policies and procedures, Safety, Security, and other international standards to which SGS subscribes.
• Ensures the operational requirements and performance targets of the Trade Services operations are achieved through proper manpower planning, work distribution, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Develops and recommends new services consistent with SGS competencies and follows client requirements.
• Assists the Minerals Director by providing technical inputs to specific customer requirements for the development and/or improvement of marketing design, strategies, plans and their implementation.
• Assists the Minerals Director in preparing the budget for his Operations that will complement budget targets.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in contribution to departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Division Manager in her day-to-day activities and to the division in general on the daily administrative and operational requirements. Also, responsible for controlling documents related to the division’s QMS.

• Assists the division manager in organizing his daily schedules and administrative requirements like preparation of presentation materials, drafting communication letters, etc.

• Schedules and monitors the utilization of the division-assigned vehicle.

• Monitors and/or processes division staff documents and requests (like requests for payment, leave applications, purchase orders and requisitions, airline tickets and bookings, etc.) within the division or with the other divisions.

• Handles divisional account receivables, which includes sending the statement of account/invoice to client companies, following up clients, scheduling collections, and coordinating collection with appropriate collectors/messengers.

• Requests for and maintains the division’s office supplies.

• Performs the responsibilities of a document controller as defined in the division’s QMS.

• Maintains assigned division files.

• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

• Complies with the QHSE policies including but not limited to:
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to SGS QHSE Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions by participating in safety meetings, completing required training, intervening in unsafe situations, refusing unsafe work, and complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to QHSE.
  • Responds appropriately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace.
  • In accordance with the SGS QHSE Management System requirements, disposes of, or directs the disposal of, waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with all waste transportation and disposal regulations and requirements.
  • Reports all incidents (actual incidents and near misses) in accordance with the SGS Incident Reporting requirements.
  • Uses all equipment (including safety equipment) in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to supervisor.
  •  Maintain a safe and tidy worksite.
  • Maintains awareness of hazards and proposes controls to supervisor, QHSE Representatives or relevant client / site contact.
  • Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management.

As a part of Controlling team, you will manage SAP Master Data and support the team in monthly closing activities. During month-end closing you will execute project capitalization and cost allocation and will support on the solution of the errors related to the employee time management. You will maintain the documentation for the master data and month-end closing activities and create reports.
