Position Summary
The Service Engineer is responsible for providing high quality customer support through on-site services as well as leading product commissioning, maintenance, repairing and training. He/she will be supporting customers through the service team and directly on the hotline or email. This is a permanent full-time role with frequent inter-state and occasional overseas travel.
Key responsibilities:
- Service management, process optimization, service offers and proposals
- Service partner management, including contracting, work evaluation, etc.
- Conduct service sales work to meet the yearly target (Optional)
- Oversee the field service operation from pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs.
- Ensuring that the on-site services comply with the local work health and safety requirements
- Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Keep a good record of the service cases, spare parts & unit inventory, consumption records and service revenue & expenses
- Organize, participate and accompany customers on long-term cooperation greeting and social activities.
- Communicate with the management, sales team, local service partners and customers to support the business development.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering related course
- Minimum 3 years' experience in service in renewable energy industry or power electronics industry
- Hands-on Solar PV experience for 2 years min. (project installation and
- commissioning).

- High level of commitment and responsiveness

- Strong technical understanding on energy storage system and PV Inverter
- Project management skills in an international environment with stakeholders across the globe
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English. Chinese language is a plus
- Proficiency with computer programs/software (Microsoft Office)
Knowledge in Scada is an advantage
