Key Responsibilities:

Talent and Vendor Sourcing

• Identify and source qualified IT professionals, technologies, and vendors for organizational projects and initiatives.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies, and potential vendors.

Supplier and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT sourcing, recruitment, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with IT project needs, staffing solutions, and vendor management processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, talent management systems, and procurement platforms.

The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. The Preboarding Specialist is a member of Cielo’s internal Bridge Team. Driven by quality, the Bridge Team is an expert at background verification, referencing, drug checking, and on-boarding.

• Work Location: Mandaluyong, PH (MegaTower)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (once a month onsite)
• Work Schedule: Candidates must be open to working either mid shift or night shift.
• Specific requirements: At least 1 year of customer service experience; ideally, experience in supporting recruitment admin/ preboarding/ compliance. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter and track candidate orders.
• Review submittals against job requisition and candidate application for compliance.
• Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner.
• Complete welcome calls and email to all candidates.
• Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
• Provide excellent service to candidate, client teams and/or clients by responding quickly to all inquiries.
• Assist vendor with completion of required check when necessary.
• Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.
• May assist with building new client audit detail procedures for the review of candidate orders including auditing candidate orders and ensuring requirements of a position and client standards are established in appropriate technology tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience with integration platforms, middleware technologies, and a strong understanding of software development and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Design and Implementation: Design and develop integration solutions to connect various systems, applications, and services, ensuring efficient data flow and interoperability across the enterprise.
