Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Drafting of invoices
• Processing of Stampli Card
• Review monthly statements
• Requesting of W9 forms
• Invoice verification

Monthly Salary: PHP 21,000

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing and payment
• Most invoices go to the property managers and they upload into system, Agents need to review, approve, check GL codes.
• able to actually issues payments as well via a check PDF.
• If there are issues with an invoice or questions the Agents will need to communicate directly with the property managers and vendors, they will never have to talk directly with residents or customers.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

Work Hours                                    : M-F 9AM – 5PM Mountain time/ 12AM – 9AM Philippine time

Job Description:

Our US client is looking for a skilled Email Marketer who will take charge of their email marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is proficient in email marketing and its analytics, reporting, content, and research. Light copywriting tasks also form a crucial part of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing direct email marketing campaigns.
• Analyzing and reporting on statistical data for all emails.
• Researching content to ensure that our email marketing initiatives are innovative and compelling.
• Create news letters
• Performing light copywriting tasks to produce effective and persuasive email content.
• Testing different versions of emails (A/B testing) to analyse the best performing content and formats.
• Ensuring the layout of the emails is optimized, user and mobile-friendly.

• 2+ years of proven experience in email marketing.
• Knowledge in using Notion, HubSpot, Klaviyo
• Good written communications skills
• Familiarity with content research and creative copywriting.
• Keen eye for detail.

• Counsels employees regarding work, family, or personal problems
• Explains company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
• Prepares reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken
• Attends conferences and meetings, as employee­management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties.
• Prepares reports and enters and updates medical, insurance, retirement, and other personnel forms and records, whether digitally or hard­copy
• Audits benefit accounts and examines records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

• Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist will be advantageous
