About the role:

We are looking for an Assistant Team Manager with strong experience in managing a team and Amazon FBA and Seller Central. Besides this, you need to have experience in managing account Seller Central Account Health.

We also have many of our own SOPs and processes that we can share to get you up to speed on the projects. But we want someone who already has some amazing experience and understanding about FBA and that can come in and add value immediately.

An ideal applicant will have at least 5 years of experience with Amazon, with a focus on Ongoing Account Management and Account Health, and at least 4 years of experience with Project and Team Management.

This is a Full-Time Remote position.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Plan, execute, and oversee Account Health / Ongoing Account Management projects on Amazon FBA.

• Manage and navigate Seller Central effectively to monitor and optimize Account Health / Ongoing Account Management

• Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the WFM Command Center
• Lead and develop Command Center associates
• Work with contact center leaders to ensure agent adherence and/or conformance to schedules

Project management experience in website design and development in WordPress would be preferred as well as print/digital design project management. We use Airtable, Loom and Notion primarily so experience with those tools would be great (in particular Airtable). They will manage client communications and follow-ups and all the typical project management duties.
