As a media analyst, you will generate media evaluation reports that enable clients to assess the overall effectiveness of their campaign strategies. You will also partake in making extensive use of qualitative and quantitative research tools including Meltwater, and Media Meter to capture offline and online news, as well as social media sentiment. The data is then used to support key insights that can help clients improve their marketing and communications campaigns.

Core responsibilities:

• Tracking news releases, broadcast coverage, and social media mentions on a daily basis using media intelligence and social listening tools

• Summarizing client stories and mentions, and determining whether they have a positive, negative, or neutral impact on clients

• Interpreting multiple media data and preparing reports in slide format

• Presenting data and insights to clients

• Collaborating with media monitoring partners to develop more effective tools for research and analysis

Job Summary: The Loan Settlement Analyst is responsible for supporting the loan closing process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, and facilitating the efficient and timely closing of LMA and LSTA loans in European and North American Market. This role involves working closely with counterparties, loan agents and clients to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements mainly on S&P loan closing platform- ClearPar.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Documentation:
   • Review loan closing documents (confirms/ transfer certificates, and funding memos) for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
   • Ensure all necessary documentation is reviewed for errors, missing, or incorrect information and fixed before the execution date.
   • Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and promptly.
2. Communication and Coordination:
   • Communicate with Clients, Counterparties and Agents to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies that arise during the closing process
   • Provide status updates to relevant parties throughout the closing process and maintain and prepare a status report.
3. Compliance and Quality Control:
   • Verify that all loan conditions and stipulations are satisfied prior to closing.
   • Ensure client elections on AA and Loan Transfer Certificates are populated in line with requirements
   • Conduct quality control reviews of closing documents to identify and correct errors in time before execution.
4. Customer Service:
   • Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
   • Assist clients with understanding the loan closing process and requirements.
   • Facilitate smooth and efficient loan closings, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
5. Administrative Support:
   • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
   • Support Senior Settlement Analysts and the Client Managers with special projects and tasks as needed.
   • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, services, and industry trends

Duties

• Providing remote and phone based support to customers of our US-based partner MSP
• Supporting servers, desktops and applications within an Microsoft AD and Exchange environment
• Delivering the support of Terminal Services, VMware, Hyper-V and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure
• Performing a wide variety of Level 1-3 support functions across many technologies
• Occasional project team work to deploy solutions for customers
• Delivering the support of Terminal Services, VMware and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure

• Working with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments
• Document and log all actions into ticketing system

Requirements

Please note: To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a independent approach to the way you resolve technical issues. • Extensive experience working with VMWare & Hyper-V is REQUIRED
• A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles (Fortigate, Meraki, Sophos UTM preferred)
• Experience using ticketing systems and customer service principles
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Extensive experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 and above
• Extensive knowledge in Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP
• Exchange On-prem, Hybrid and Office 365

Qualifications:

• Can work full-time in the office
• At least 5 years of extensive experience doing Senior Support Role
• Worked in Managed services, outsourcing or professional services environment is a plus

• Willing to work any shifts - preferably night/afternoon
• Strong attention to details (this role is very focused on compliance)
