Key Responsibilities:

Change Management

• Coordinate and manage IT change requests, ensuring all changes are evaluated, tested, and implemented effectively.
• Analyze the impact of IT changes on business operations, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication regarding change initiatives.

Process Optimization

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance change management effectiveness.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of changes and gather feedback for future improvements.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful integration of IT changes into existing systems.
• Provide training and support to users impacted by IT changes.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor the progress of change initiatives and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Maintain a change management database or system to track changes and maintain audit compliance.
