• 3 – 8 Years of experience in ServiceNow Development.

• Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Administration and configuration.

• 5+ years proven working experience in software engineering

What you'll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring Windows Patching processes in different environments
• Identifying and resolving system problems, completing audits, and implementing improvements

Skills required:

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support Engineer role
• Skilled in supporting Microsoft Technologies (O365, Active Directory, Azure, etc.)
• Windows and/or Linux server administration experience, and virtual machines
• Networking Experience (Cisco, Mikrotik, Draytek)
• Storage and Backup

What will you do?

• The position available is to become a 1st or 2nd line IT support engineer.
• You will be predominately servicing client needs over the telephone or via remote control software.
