The Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.

• Location Specifics: Mandaluyong, Philippines
• Specific Needs: At least 1 year of recruitment admin support experience is ideal; or experience in customer service role
• Language Requirement: Native Language; English
• Position Setup: Hybrid (1-3 days in the office)
• Shift Schedule: Candidates must be willing to work in either day shift or mid shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and interview process
• Completes and reviews screening assessment and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements
• Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
• Update candidate statues in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.) 
• Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATS
• Schedule non-complex phone, video and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers 
• Ensure recruitment team are appropriately updated on progress, escalate concerns or obstacles
• Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts with the organization’s goals.
• Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost the interest from target candidates. Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the specific skills and qualifications required for niche positions.
• Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, utilization of recruitment marketing, etc. to cultivate and grow talent communities​ for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady and engaged pipeline of specialized talent is always available.
• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to establish rapport and interest in job opportunities.
• Conducting and presenting thorough and regular market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, which helps in planning effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Pre-screening candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
• Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups, while consulting them on sourcing and hiring strategies.

•Identifies areas within hotel operations where AI tools and technologies can improve efficiency, and develops and implements AI-driven tools.

•Monitors and maintains AI system performance, proposes improvements, and balances strategic planning for AI integration with hands-on operational requirements.

•Coordinates with all departments to identify points and areas for improvement where AI can be utilized, especially with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of AI in hotel management systems.

• Preparation and posting of journals in SAP for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure that month-end closing tasks are completed in a timely manner and Group’s month-end closing timelines are met consistently.

• Ensure that intercompany (IC) postings are validated and correctly posted in SAP and IC balances are reconciled with counterparties on a monthly basis.

• Coordinating with the different stakeholders of financial data dependencies, ensuring completeness & timeliness of entries booking.

• Work with Regional/ Central Accounting and Controlling teams to clarify and perform in-depth analysis on monthly Financial Statement and Consumer Reconciliation reviews.

• Maintain SL vs GL reconciliation of the different accounts

• Resolve reconciling items in a timely manner or escalate items posing delay risks in achieving the SLAs.

• Respond to in-market queries and post accounting adjustments as required.

• Provide support during Group audit reviews, local Statutory audit, and internal audits.

• Continually standardize, automate, and streamline to improve efficiency in financial reporting.

• Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead / Manager, R2R Service Delivery.
