• Assist in the preparation of tax returns;
• Assist in the vouching and collation of documents for tax audits with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”);
• Assist in the review of tax provisions in contracts;
• Assist in the research of tax-related issues/compliance matters;
• Assist in the registration/updates of the Computerized Accounting System (“CAS”); and
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the hiring manager from time to time

Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Must be XERO certified
• Competent with Excel and Google Worksheets
• Knowledgeable in Bank Reconciliation
• Knowledgeable in Credit Card Reconciliation

Nice to Have:

• Other accounting/bookkeeping softwares
• MS Office
• Experience in AU Bookkeeping/ Accounting
• Invoicing

What will you do?

• Work closely with Operations, Sales and Customer Service Teams
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• Weekly Payroll for a small team
• Accounts Payable Management
• Accounts Receivable Management (not debt collections)
• Weekly Invoicing
• Weekly Commission Calculations
• Month End Procedures including accruals
• No Direct customer communication required
