We are searching for a versatile and meticulous Accountant who will play a critical role in establishing and overseeing our accounting systems across various industries. The ideal candidate will adapt our financial records to accurately represent the diverse nature of our operations, ensuring precision and compliance in all sectors.

Tools: Quickbooks and/or Xero

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain comprehensive accounting books and records adaptable to different industries.

Develop versatile reporting systems to provide insights into costs, revenue, and profits for each vertical.

Create transparent systems for managing industry-specific financial transactions.

Design and manage detailed tracking systems for revenue and sales, tailored to each business sector.

Oversee VAT and other tax accounting processes across all operations.

Handle industry-specific inventory management and financial allocations.

Work collaboratively with management to optimize financial processes and reporting across all sectors.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in accounting, with a preference for exposure to various industries.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Strong knowledge of VAT accounting, inventory management, and industry-specific financial obligations.

Expertise in handling complex financial calculations and allocations.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and management.

Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in Xero system
• English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AU clients
• Handled multiple accounts/clients
• Background in Law firm

What will you do?

• Posting of supplier invoices/receipts (Hubdoc/Xero) across up to 10 entities
• Rent/Management fees Invoicing across up to 6 entities
• Reconciliation - bank accounts, credit cards, loans, inter-company transactions
• Sending Statement of Accounts through LEAP legal software
• Sending Trust Statement through LEAP legal software
• Adding new employees / Suppliers
• Finance ad-hoc tasks
