• Collaborates with QHSEE Coordinators from the different business and function lines in implementing the Management Systems in their respective divisions.
• Acts as the Document Controller of the team and maintains the integrity of all documented information saved in the IMS SharePoint site.
• Assists during external audits and other certifications and accreditations deemed necessary by SGS Philippines.
• Reports all Management Systems related audits and incidents using the Crystal Non-Conformity Report module and monitors timely closure through creation of NCR Analytics Report and following up with concerned teams
