Wrist Shared Service Center is looking for a Code Crack Support who will report functionally to the assigned branch and administratively to WSC. This role is designed to assist and collaborate with our buyers and sales representatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Getting request for quotes from Wrist customers.
• Creating a quote in the Wrist MS Dynamics AX12 ERP system based on the requirements of the customer’s specification and translating to the Wrist catalogue items.
• Completing the customer’s quotation in coordination with Wrist Sales and Purchase Department. 
• Responsibilities related to maintaining and updating the Wrist product catalogue. 
• Tasks involved in the post-quotation study of items that were not recognized before the quotation was forwarded to the purchase department, which will acquire the items not in stock (buy-to-sell items). 
• Various procedures connected to our customers' needs and the scope of our service.
• Specific Major Responsibilities 
  • Thorough understanding of customer preferences and item quality in code cracking to Wrist codes 
  • Ensuring correct usage of miscellaneous codes that is linked to the specific vendor based on the item requests. 
  • Review the uploaded quotation if complete and accurate. 
  • Create vendor RFQ ID and add vendors for the items that need to be sourced out to obtain prices 
  • Send requests for vendor RFQ and reminders 
  • Price Preferring 
  • Handle clarification regarding vendor offer.

• Graduate from any 4-year course, preferably a Business-related course or equivalent.
• Expert in Microsoft AX12 and SharePoint Systems 
• Background in Marine Stores or Provision is an advantage.

• Assist with vendor communication during application migration processes.
• Support the team in managing device supply and distribution.
• Analyze and identify gaps in vendor support processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to vendors as needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks to assist vendors in their daily operations.

The Technical Design Intern will assist in creating and implementing technical and/or system design elements of reasonable complexity into the game. Assisting other technical designers who act as technical references for team members, they will serve as a bridge between the tech and design teams and provide support whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

You will assist with implementing the technical elements of a game feature with designers, programmers, and colleagues from other job families.

You will help with designing, coding, and iterating through tools to alleviate pain points raised during production.

Take part in data debugging throughout production and help test new features and tools before they are deployed to the rest of the team.

You will also assist designers and programmers on specific Tech topics, create and maintain documentation, provide technical assistance, and follow best practices.

• Work closely with the Artists, Leads, TAs, and QAs on the following: 
  • Adhering to the technical and graphical requirements of the pipeline 
  • Validation of art assets 
• Liaise with the Leads and Production on communicating pipeline updates, technical issues, and bottlenecks 
• Provide technical support by recognizing, troubleshooting, and finding appropriate solutions to the technical problems encountered by the team 
• Aid in authoring tools that will improve the pipeline
