Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
• Create, schedule, and maintain social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Work on our podcast, assist in content planning, editing and promoting across various social media platforms.
• Engage with our online community and respond to comments and requests on social media platforms.
• Assist other teams with administrative tasks as required.

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in an administrative role is preferred.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and related software applications.
• Experience in podcast production is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding of new properties client finds.
• Assistance with listing descriptions.
• Upload photographs into one system and arrange them in a specific sequence, in the most appealing way to attract buyers' attention.
• Conduct research, for example, search for beach access when purchasing a property.
• Add new clients to the email list on Hubspot.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant in Vacation Rental Property Management or a similar line of business.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet. Knowledge with ChatGPT is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
