Duties

• Providing remote and phone based support to customers of our US-based partner MSP
• Supporting servers, desktops and applications within an Microsoft AD and Exchange environment
• Delivering the support of Terminal Services, VMware, Hyper-V and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure
• Performing a wide variety of Level 1-3 support functions across many technologies
• Occasional project team work to deploy solutions for customers

• Need strong programming background using either Java or Javascript/Typescript.
• With wide exposure to designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks, preferably Playwright and Selenium

Your responsibilities include building Big Data environments in the cloud, improving the technical landscape and effectiveness of the data platforms.  Helping to streamline the software development lifecycle to improve developer productivity, delivery speed, and code quality. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to identify and resolve pain points and inefficiencies in delivery workflows.
