Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Design and implement customer support processes and best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and customer satisfaction levels.
• Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve customer issues effectively and improve product offerings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns and provide timely resolution solutions.
• Create a customer feedback loop to gather insights and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in customer service or support management.
• Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of customer service metrics and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To ensure that the solutions offered are tailored to meet the customers’ requirements by working closely with the sales team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
• Attends meetings with Sales Managers and acts as a solution expert.
• Puts together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
• Works closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
• Ensures that the company’s solutions can be delivered to the customer’s requirements.
• Works closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
• Responds to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
• Presents proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
• Provides ongoing support for customers post implementation.
• Produces detailed costings for customers and ensure the contract is profitable.

• Supports the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers & Area Sales Managers in creating effective sales & marketing campaigns and customer submissions for the Bosch Trade Market (e.g. New Product Introduction process support for Key Accounts, Internal Presentations as per divisional requirements and KAM support via customer sales reporting and submission calendar creation)
• Reports for KAMs for Key Account Monthly figures and including Competitor Analysis / Catalogue summary of competitors and customers
• Provides administrative support to the KAM team– purchasing processes and business procedures including KA New Line Forms, PromoTool setup, WorkOns and New Account Setup
• Monthly sales reporting for National/Regional Sales & Key Accounts
• Website maintenance for Key Accounts
• Ownership of all marketing collateral from KAM activities from customers and competitors
• Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
• Support KAMs / RSMs with daily tasks

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technical Project Manager who will be overseeing software development projects and initiatives that develop and maintain our products and services, organizing the project resources and managing the project stakeholders, including a team of software developers and analysts. The role makes plans, coordinates people and processes against requirements and ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, of quality, and produce the desired results.

Responsibilities:

Defines project scope and leads the development, documentation, and implementation of software development projects and change initiatives in line with organizational policies and strategies, defining and maintaining realistic project plans and monitoring progress against agreed quality and performance criteria

Makes recommendations on strategies for improvement from the initial project engagement through closure and looks for growth opportunities on the engagement

Works with higher management and the team to facilitate the internal review of processes and project engagements

Develops trusted relationships across the business to facilitate open dialogue and identifies the communication needs of each stakeholder group, ensuring engagement and obtaining formal agreement from relevant stakeholders on scope, requirements, and delivery

Identify risks and dependencies throughout the duration of the project and work with higher management and the team on risk mitigation. Ensures that risks are documented, effectively managed, and communicated.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and of quality

Develop a detailed project plan and use project tools to monitor and track progress

Ensure test environments, test data, and test scripts are prepared. Detailed test scripts should be thorough and well-documented for use in future regression tests

Work closely with higher management on product implementation and roadmap

Outline development efforts and set expectations with stakeholders

Ensure necessary changes and enhancements are implemented and documented as per product standards and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a software project team.
• Experience in working with team members in different time zones and locations
• Adaptable, able to work across diverse teams and functions across multiple cultures
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in planning and monitoring processes for capital projects, involving system development, integration, and implementation
• Experienced in project planning, risk management, conflict management, and people management, having worked with technical teams and driving initiatives/work across multiple areas from a solution development perspective
• Hands-on experience on project management tools like TFS or JIRA
• At least 3+ years of experience in project management for software development projects
• Experience in interpreting business needs of users and translating them into technical requirements
• Experience in design and development of SaaS solutions for the web and native mobile apps
• Knowledgeable about both theoretical and practical aspects of project management as well as project management techniques and tools
• Understands application programming, database, and system design especially for software solution delivery
• Well versed with software development life cycles and software release processes
• Strong analytical and product development skills
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Quick learner, able to develop subject matter skills
• Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
