Your tasks
- Collaborate with an agile development team to align with the product roadmap.
- Take ownership and responsibility in your area of expertise, including performing code reviews.
- Design and implement back-end services.
- Guide, coach, and train the team, including junior members.
- Establish coding and design patterns, promoting best coding practices within the team.
- Align with architects to understand architectural strategy, policies, and patterns.
- Improve code quality through unit and integration tests and support the optimization of the release process.
