What You’ll Do

• Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, along with virtual travel support.
• Communication Management: Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients. Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, Twitter DMs, etc.
• Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input data into various databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Update and maintain existing records to ensure data integrity. Perform regular data cleansing and validation procedures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of tasks and activities. Generate reports and summaries as required.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
