Your Key Responsibilities:

This position will be, within the Analytics & Insights team, responsible for delighting clients around Asia through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.  

Responsibilities

• Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer-Packaged Goods clients around Asia 
• Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership 
• Developing deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ RMS and Panel solutions and delivering value for clients 
• Working closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience 
• Consulting clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials 
• Developing and delivering business solutions for client performance tracking 
• Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with FMCG clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to develop in depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth. You will be part of a team of client service individuals who specialize in FMCG/Retail at NielsenIQ. 

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to one or more executives, performing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating diaries, preparing materials for meetings, organizing and managing data, and liaising with other departments. A valuable asset to the executive team, the Executive Assistant is expected to communicate effectively, display a strong sense of professionalism, be resourceful, and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.

• Coordinate closely with the executives in maintaining their diaries. This should be aligned to the executives' preferences, priorities, leniencies, and limits to create a proper balance between commitments.
• To work closely with the executive in terms of structuring and proper prioritization of the day-to-day administrative activities including key events, travel plans, and other action items.
• Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, distribution lists, email groups, and other necessary documents and databases in response to and in anticipation of executive's needs
• Able to arrange domestic and international travel (Airline, Hotel, Car Rentals, Train Tickets)
• Practice collaboration with all levels within the company, develop effective networks with peers as well as external professional groups
• Practice confidentiality and maintain high standards of business ethics, ensuring strict compliance with company policies
• Prepare and coordinate presentations
• Assist in the staging of virtual and in-person events
• Able to oversee correspondences for the executive by identifying important emails and sorting based on priorities by assigning some rules
• Prepare and submit the Executive’s expense reports aligned with service-level agreements
• Conduct research - data gathering in a particular field or industry to generate valuable insights
• Prepare and process expenses and invoices for payment
• Process purchase requests, purchase orders, invoice coding, vendor setup, and conduct accounts payable coordination
• Maintains and organizes documents in Sharepoint and Teams databases for stakeholders, including tasks such as saving, organizing, and creating folders for efficient document repository management.
• Assist in office activities such as Friday night events, birthdays, and other office activities needing support that can be done remotely.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish more complicated goals. Completes tasks independently and receives guidance on new assignments or atypical matters.
• Perform and accomplish the responsibilities listed above with moderate guidance of the Team Lead.
• Perform other related projects and duties as assigned.

Service Management

• Ensure the delivery of value analysis in a timely manner, aligned with strategic business priorities defined in the Account Plan with the client.
• Support the generation of thought leadership materials.
• Support account executives building materials to new conversations with prospect clients

Efficiency / standardization / transformation

• Make use of the CX platform in presentations and ensure the incorporation of guided analytics as a fundamental part of analytics promoting self-service in clients.

Governance

• Ensure implementation of CSO 2.0 tool to standardize and document how requests are made by customers.
• Control over internal work times (time tracker).
• Mapping of all deliverables committed to with the customer
• Achieving transparency in responses, commitments and constant communication (used as a negotiation and service management tool)
• Fulfillment of the service model agreed with the client (service mix).

ROI

• In small clients will (less tiered D or Bronze) be the point of direct contact with the client, and to escalate issues that go then to the AD (the ideal scenario is to have a consultant but does not give the quantity)

Self-development

• Comply with the internal training and certification process defined by the company (onboarding and NielsenIQ academy).
• Incorporation of the service code and golden rules in the day-to-day business.

Promote self service to customers

• Promote the use and application of CX (data pull, reporting, business issues that can be solved by guided analytics)
• Promote the use of CSO for quality issues, special customer requirements and information available in knowledge NielsenIQ
• Plan trainings with clients to ensure the above-mentioned points.
