Remote VA PH is currently looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to review and analyze our client's web data for accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, attention to detail, and experience in working with large datasets. This role involves ensuring that the company’s web data is accurate, up-to-date, and used effectively to inform business decisions.
Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (FULLY REMOTE)
Key Responsibilities: Data Review and Validation:
Regularly review web data sources (Google Analytics, website databases, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies across various web platforms and correct them.
Verify data integrity by performing regular audits on datasets and data collection methods.
Data Analysis:
Create reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and present findings to management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for website performance improvements.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on data accuracy, trends, and key findings.
Document data processes, methodologies, and changes to ensure transparency and repeatability of analysis.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analytics, data validation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
A plus: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and/or data visualization tools.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues.
