The Senior Datawarehouse Developer will work closely with the rest of the Arch Re product management team and business peers to effectively execute Datawarehouse project initiatives. We are welcome an innovative and proactive Senior Fullstack Developer with webRTC exposure to join us and contribute to our customer's global-scaled solutions.The project you would be involved is focusing on development of a new contact center solution for a global enterprise. The main focus is on developing solutions and features from scratch to the existing voice platform (VDI environment).

Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to an agile team focused on developing a scalable, high-performance global voice platform.
• Apply a deep understanding of performance and scalability principles to ensure the platform remains robust and reliable.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers to drive innovation and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Lead the development of new features from scratch, while also providing ongoing support for existing systems and making critical adjustments to optimize the voice telephony platform.
• Work in tandem with other development teams, such as the VDI team, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions across the platform.

This position is a key technical member responsible for development activities related to the overall system design and development for ServiceNow catalogs using ITSM and CSM modules. Partnering closely with the internal technical teams, process owners will research and drive innovative initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow products and tools to facilitate platform maturing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, in ServiceNow. The work will be a mix of project work, enhancement work, and ongoing application support.
• Gaining full understanding of the client’s current business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the client organization to capture and document a comprehensive set of business requirements.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Must have experience in developing complex catalog development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for new functionality.
• Implement custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Perform continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of existing ServiceNow modules.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including development specifications, system designs, and user guides.
• Provide end-user training and support for ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and new features, and assess their relevance to our organization.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Work closely with Customers, Business analysts, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and team members to understand business requirements and drive research analysis, and design, to deliver of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Must have experience/skills/tools: Experience using Cobol, JCL, DB2 and IMS; 3+ years of experience in mainframe technologies

• Nice to have experience/skills/tools: Exposure to Banking and Financial domain, and Production Support experience

• Mostly working virtually but must be willing to report to the office if needed; Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Magallanes, Makati

• Open to work on a Regular shift and flexible to accommodate late night meetings and overlap with Onshore team.

• College Undergraduates and Non-Bachelor Degree holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply

• Experience on the Tools like INSYNC, XPEDITER, DUMP-M and CONTROL-M.

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles - Agile software development.
