We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities. You will be responsible for:

• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Use metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity
• Accurately predict work volume, handle time and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance
• Collect, maintain, and analyse business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders that highlight key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action
• Proactively analyse inputs and oversee implementation of continuously improved forecasts and plans; measure performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations on how to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
• Create, maintain, and distribute reporting and plans to guide various teams within the organisation to success and add value to the broader organisation
• Research and recommend performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes
• Utilise Power BI experience and solid knowledge of workforce and business intelligence concepts and tools to deliver reporting solutions, data analytics, and decision support to business leaders

To succeed in this role, you must possess the necessary skills below:

• Highly proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI
• Familiarity with or understanding of Sales system (Pipedrive), CRM and phone system
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field

The role involves supporting the Global Head of Operations Planning and Analytics in a range of tasks and activities requiring knowledge in accounting, corporate finance, excellent communication skills and analytical business skills. The role requires being able to work independently and initially focused on proactively improving programme ad-hoc and month-end reporting processes, collating and managing large data sets, through to creating standardised reports to facilitate analysis.

There is a strong focus on being able to communicate seamlessly with various teams and individuals across the business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of detailed business cases supporting transformation programmes including budget set up for tracking and management purposes
• Detailed headcount planning and management to support resource management and cost reporting and forecasting
• Set-up detailed analysis reports on project cost including headcount costs and run rate analyses;
• Collate, create and maintain data sets from various sources which will be the building blocks for analysis, reporting and budgeting;
• Establish monthly KPI dashboard reporting and create quarterly Regional Reporting Packs;

The Office & Administration Manager will be responsible in providing support to the Center’s daily office operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the needs of various departments as needed. The Office & Administration Manager will also aide in effectively managing and developing the Executive Support and Administration group to provide efficient, high-quality, administrative support to the Global leadership team. What you’ll do   

The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Analysing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimise and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans.
