The candidate will provide support during same shift or split-shift (Noon to 8PM) corresponding to US EST working hours and be part of the Finance team.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Create monthly journal entries
• Perform tie-outs of financial statements to general ledger and tie-outs for internal consistency
• Assist with statutory financial statement preparation process (e.g., import mapping files into software)
• Assist with various projects on an as needed basis
• Meet various deliverables in support of monthly and quarterly financial close 
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to meet departmental goals

The Claims Division is seeking an Indexing Assistant to join the Claims Operations Team.  Under general supervision, the Indexing Assistant provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Claims Department.

• Identify, classify and triage incoming documents/mail to the appropriate owner (could be a TPA, a different department within Arch, Arch claims etc…)
• Process document/mail and index to appropriate Arch claims files in the system; ImageRight system / FlexiCapture Verification which includes:
  • Surety indexing
  • Canada indexing
  • Dropfile

• Ensures consistency on exceeding guest services expectations by personal involvement in the arrival, rooming, and departure of key/VIP guests.

• Establishes strong and effective communication with all Departments and ensures that all Front Office Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
