The Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our reporting infrastructure within Business Operations. • Participate in architecture design and implementation across our Apps in Flutter (Primary framework), iOS and Android (Legacy Apps).
• Participate in the experiment with new mobile frameworks and architectures to make our Apps more reliable and optimized.

Reporting Line

§ This position reports to the Regional Operations Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities

§ Generally in-charge of maintaining the safety, quality management system and for ensuring the region’s compliance to the Global Business policies and procedures, Corporate Governance, Health and Safety, Operational Integrity, other required management system standards, applicable laws, and approved customer-related commitments.

Specific Responsibilities

Being part of a team of Trading & Supply Credit Analysts, who undertake all regular (often daily) Credit Activities primarily in support of all T&S entities, including: Insurance Management activities from the SEE Sales Offices (i.e. Italy and Spain), specifically in receiving and processing of Credit Limit requests from the Sales Team, communication of the outcome and a possible negotiation, and other Controls monitoring and reporting actions. Credit Re-Assessments and ad hoc credit assessment requests, specifically performing robust quantitative and qualitative analysis of the counterparties Shell trades with to confirm and recommend Credit Ratings, Credit Limits and terms. Regular Credit Operations, specifically system updates and Credit Advice.
