  • E-submission of tax listings such as monthly alphalist, input VAT & output VAT
• Assist in responding and taking action on letters received from BIR, LOAs, Tax Mapping and government regulatory agencies for queries and assessments
• Initiates processing of new and renewal application of business permit for all locations and related documents such as barangay clearance etc.
• Process tax clearance and other related tax documents
• Assist in annual business permit and other local regulatory requirements
• Files and maintains tax and legal documents and other financial records to ensure completeness and orderliness based on established guidelines on filing system

• Assist in legal document request related to corporate secretary and other bidding requirements of business units.
• Perform reconciliation, testing the reasonableness of booked transactions vs. tax.
• Assist in adhoc activities – VAT refund application, tax health review and other tax projects
