·       Continuously seeks ways to streamline administrative requirements of our customers and our sales reps in support of customers, driving technology solutions where appropriate (CRM, knowledge mgmt, and web interfaces), including customer web applications.   Pursues continuous education in IT systems and processes. Advocate for online systems and partnership with Business Point functionality in support of customer needs.

The resource will be responsible for developing solutions for our clients to further position Merkle | Cardinal Path as a leading data, analytics, and insight service provider. The Supplier-to-Market Quality Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation,  monitoring, and the continual improvement of the quality and food safety processes across the 1FG value chain to support quality performance and the consistent delivery of products that conform to quality and food safety standards. This role enables quality compliance of business initiatives and provides support for decision-making and resolution of supplier-to-market quality-related issues to enable business continuity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs and develops processes relevant to supplier and toller quality management, manufacturing quality, new product and process quality, and to distribution and marketplace quality.
• Deploys and strategically supports the implementation of the Supplier-to-Market Quality processes, as well as applicable management systems elements (e.g. food safety prerequisite programmes)
