3. Reviews and collates test cycle metrics, including test progress, test results, defects found, overall testing status and potential risks, and reports to project stakeholders.

The Software & Data Engineer III develops, implements, and maintains data & software solutions that enable business operations to realize company goals and objectives. The incumbent performs complete end to end SDLC including analysis (data analysis), design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications. They will be assigned to develop new data integration and transformation, software applications/systems, enhance/upgrade existing systems or provide production support. They work independently on projects of increased scope and complexity.

• Design and implement ETL processes for data transformation and preparation
• Deploy machine learning models to production environments
• Manage data pipelines for analytics and operational use
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources and systems
• Work in an Agile software development team to deliver new data ETL solutions, software and to maintain and support past and future solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) and other Developers to clarify and refine requirements/user stories
• Translate user stories into engineering artefacts and complete software development work, which includes application design, coding, code review and testing
• Keep team and APM apprised of progress
• Works with data & software development peers to ensure that the engineering realization is in accordance with Enterprise Architecture principles and software development best practices.
• Work on performance tuning, code optimisation, refactoring, automation and DevOps (CI/CD) implementation

• Manage engineering risks by proactively tracking and communicating issues, and devising methods to mitigating them

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance reporting/Global Performance Reporting and Analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Intensive exposure and in-depth understanding of finance operations and financial data.

• Relevant retail/industry experience

What will you do?

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Performance Reporting and Analysis will standardize performance reporting for Functional business teams. The role involves gathering routine information, standardizing formats, and delivering them on time to key stakeholders. You will also contribute to the CPU data project, implementing Power BI across the business.

Reporting Standardization and Strategy:

• Lead the standardization of performance reporting formats across functional business teams.
• Develop a reporting strategy and framework for the organization.
• Define and build the overall reporting strategy with the CPU Data Project (Power BI).
• Take stock of current management reporting practices in key business functions.
• Build and plan the transition to a centralized reporting framework.
• Oversee the transition of reporting from various departments like retail, products & planning, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

• Improve the visibility and understandability of standard reporting for the business.
• Drive improvements in standard reporting to reflect the true financial position (sales, profitability, balance sheet, cash flow).

Retail Reporting:

• Take ownership of the retail Profit and Loss (PandL) reporting.

• Create clear, concise, and actionable management reports for retail.

Team and Project Support:

The Consultant Engagement Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional experience through best-in-class service! Responsibilities:
 

• Coordinate with team members, assigning tasks, and setting priorities based on the volume and urgency of support tickets.
• Monitor the support ticketing systems throughout the day to ensure that incoming inquiries are assigned, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist team in finding appropriate DevOps resources. Handle escalated cases that require specialized expertise or attention.
• Keep track of team performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to address any issues.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and ensure that team members are trained, certified, and updated on new Salesforce features to enhance their technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, conduct routine performance evaluations to ensure adherence to call center standards.
• Develop guidelines and protocols for standard effective communication with the customers within the DevOps team.
• Manage/create knowledge-base systems using a variety of tools such as Trailhead, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help team members resolve common issues efficiently. Implement a system to enable DevOps specialists to create and update knowledge base articles effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Account Managers, Project Managers, RPD, and Customers to address cross-functional issues and ensure alignment with business objectives. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input on system enhancements or process improvements.
• Handle escalations from team members or users that require managerial intervention or executive-level support. Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of support interactions to ensure adherence to service level agreements, company policies, and best practices. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to maintain service excellence.
• Analyze reports on team performance, user feedback, and key metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management and recommend strategies for enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of team activities, achievements, and challenges for reporting and analysis purposes.
