• Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts. 
• Support with onboarding processes for new hires.

• Help with the coordination of employee training. 
• Assist with HR compliance, including ensuring the completion of required forms and documentation. 
• Support HR team in organizing employee events, meetings, and initiatives. 
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information.
• Assist with benefits administration tasks. 
• Keep accurate and up-to-date HR and recruitment data and reports. 
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports as requested. 
• Send out internal announcements to the team. 
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. 

Minimum Requirements:

Have these minimum qualifications and knowledge or similar transferable skills:

• Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position. 
• Has knowledge or practical experience with California labor law (not required but a plus)
• Proven experience or internship in HR or talent acquisition is a plus. 
• Experience supporting recruiting for an environmental, biological, or architectural  /engineering firm is preferred. 
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software is advantageous. Experience with BambooHR preferred.

This role will primarily work as a visual designer for key priority bids, producing effective and engaging visual designs for proposals and presentations. • Collaborate with bid teams, including external partners, across various portfolios and markets, to support the development of the overall design strategy for proposal responses, presentations, and other sales-related collaterals

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with tailored design ideas and styles
• Execute the bid team’s visual strategy and content into aesthetically standout visual elements, from the conceptualization stage, preparation of drafts, presentation of ideas to stakeholders until proposal submission
• Continuously develop visual design collaterals to support bid teams and develop a knowledge base of reusable design elements

Key Requirements:

The suitable candidate must have the ability to demonstrate the following experience, knowledge, and skills.

• Degree or diploma qualification in graphic design
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a graphic design role

Position Summary: 
Provides analysis to different functions primarily to Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Develops trusted relationships across the business to facilitate open dialogue and identifies the communication needs of each stakeholder group, ensuring engagement and obtaining formal agreement from relevant stakeholders on scope, requirements, and delivery

Identify risks and dependencies throughout the duration of the project and work with higher management and the team on risk mitigation. Ensures that risks are documented, effectively managed, and communicated.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and of quality

Develop a detailed project plan and use project tools to monitor and track progress

Ensure test environments, test data, and test scripts are prepared. Detailed test scripts should be thorough and well-documented for use in future regression tests

Work closely with higher management on product implementation and roadmap

Outline development efforts and set expectations with stakeholders

Ensure necessary changes and enhancements are implemented and documented as per product standards and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a software project team.
• Experience in working with team members in different time zones and locations
• Adaptable, able to work across diverse teams and functions across multiple cultures
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in planning and monitoring processes for capital projects, involving system development, integration, and implementation
• Experienced in project planning, risk management, conflict management, and people management, having worked with technical teams and driving initiatives/work across multiple areas from a solution development perspective
• Hands-on experience on project management tools like TFS or JIRA
• At least 3+ years of experience in project management for software development projects
• Experience in interpreting business needs of users and translating them into technical requirements
• Experience in design and development of SaaS solutions for the web and native mobile apps
• Knowledgeable about both theoretical and practical aspects of project management as well as project management techniques and tools
• Understands application programming, database, and system design especially for software solution delivery
• Well versed with software development life cycles and software release processes
• Strong analytical and product development skills

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software. You will work closely with the Head of QA and the engineering team to determine, understand and derive scenarios from the requirements and execute test cases. You will be joining a small and growing team and have the opportunity to grow and learn new skills. In order to thrive and enjoy this exciting position, you must be a self-starter and be productive with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze provided requirements and specifications
• Create comprehensive test plan and and detailed test cases
• Create well-defined test scenarios and test data
• Plan, estimate and prioritize testing activities
• Create comprehensive proof of tests
• Identify, record and document defects accurately and correctly
• Track reported defects and discuss and collaborate with the engineering team 
• Perform UI, sanity, functional, regression, component and end-to-end testing
• Contribute to the creation of technical and end user product documentation

Job Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Able to quickly learn custom development frameworks and new technologies
• Solid experience of Agile software development and other software methodologies
• Able to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision
• Strong experience of mobile/online content platform quality testing and product release
• Extensive experience in writing clear, concise and detailed test cases
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self starter and self learner
• Good communication skills
• Degree in computer science or relevant field a plus

As a Software DevOps Engineer, you'll assume the crucial responsibility of building, managing, and automating our DevOps and Cloud infrastructure. • Over three years of experience in provisioning, operations, and management of AWS environments.
• Demonstrated competency with the following AWS services: ECS, EC2, ECR, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, QuickSight, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SQS, ElastiCache, Lambda.
• Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements.
• AWS Disaster Recovery design and deployment across regions is a plus.
• Experience with multi-tier architectures: load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, databases, and networking.
• Over three years of experience in building, managing and automating Azure DevOps.
• Experience in creation of highly automated infrastructures.
• Managing sporadic MIS related tasks, such as email account management 
• Clear written and verbal communication.
